3D design packages
We specialize in initial design packages for kitchens, bathrooms, and built-ins. These packages range in price depending on the size of your space and the details needed for your vision to come to life. We will always provide you a cost estimate based on the scope of work but these packages typically range from $800 to $2,500.
These packages include:
•Our on-site consultation and meeting with our designers
•Measured drawings of your space (We come out and laser measure every inch of your space)
•3D virtual walkthroughs (Yes, just like on HGTV!)
•At least 2 different design options for you to pick and choose.
•Color schemes and material suggestions for tiles, countertops, cabinets, lighting, and fixtures/appliances
Please note: you are allowed to take these designs to any contractor or vendor for quotes, or we would be happy to offer our in-house contracting services and provide you with a cost-estimate. We also offer design management services where we advise you along the way during an on-going project on an hourly basis.
e-design packages
We offer online interior design services and packages regardless of your location or budget. This exciting design experience is a do-it-yourself decorating solution that provides you with a master plan for creating a professionally designed space or the entire home that you can implement at your own pace. It’s an affordable alternative to the traditional way of hiring a designer for a full range of services since everything is delivered right to you via email. You provide us with your room sizes, photos, budget and we will custom design your personal digital inspiration boards full of exciting suggestions for your project. This process is welcoming and easy, so let’s begin the design journey!
Your Digital Room Design Plan will include:
•Moodboards - quality images of all furniture, lighting and décor, flooring, wallpaper, window treatments, and fabrics
•Clickable Product Purchase List and Budget - all local and online resources that are selected for you
•Scaled Floor Plan - includes all furniture and lighting placements
•Paint Dossier (Paint Color, Finish, Locations)
*Priced by the space at $650/room flat rate for living and dining spaces, bedrooms and offices.
